The success of any scheme lies on effective implementation which is judged by effective monitoring and evaluation mechanism which must be impartial and result driven. Such mechanism needs to be created in various departments. CGL is willing to provide such services so that corrective and preventive actions required for better implementation of schemes could be taken in time.
